This study aimed to investigate to what extent do on-service science teacher training programs embedded 21st century skills. The population of this study consisted of (5 – 10) grades training programs. A content analysis questionnaire was developed by the researcher to collect the required data. The results revealed that the training programs moderately embedded the general 21st century skills. The results also showed that these training programs highly embedded science activities and performance tasks skills. While moderately embedded science objectives, outcomes and content skills.
