Kur'ân-ı Kerim, dilin inceliklerini kullanarak, içerdiği mana ve mesajı muhatabına en etkili şekilde ileten mû’ciz bir ilâhî kelâmdır. Bu özelliğini her kelime ve cümlesiyle muhatabına hissettirmiş ve onları alanda çalışmalar yapmaya teşvik etmiştir. Bu vesileyle de İ’câzu’l-Kur’ân konulu eserler ortaya çıkmıştır. Dilbilgisi zenginliği, kelime seçimleri, cümle kuruluşu ve belâgatindaki benzersizlik gibi unsurlarıyla Kur'ân-ı Kerim eşsizliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Nitekim Kur'ân-ı Kerim karşıtları, ellerinde örnek olmasına rağmen ilâhî kelamın en kısa sûresinin dahi benzerini oluşturamamıştır. Edipler, Kur’ân’daki belagat ve fesahati gördüklerinde Kâbe duvarlarında asılı bulunan Muallaka’yı indirmişlerdir. Böylesine yüce olan Kur’ân’ın manasının daha iyi bir şekilde anlaşılması belâgî yönden sağlam bir şekilde değerlendirilmesine bağlıdır. Bu sebeple ilahî kelamın i’câzı ve belâgatindaki eşsizliği gibi unsurları ortaya koymak için edebî yönünü inceleyen çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Oluşturulan bu çalışmanın alana katkı sağlayacağı düşünülerek Rûm sûresinde geçen ism-i mevsûllerin belâgî yönü ele alınmıştır. Mevsûller cümle içerisinde farklı anlamlara gelmektedir. Ayrı manalara sahip olan mevsûllerin cümleye katmış oldukları tesirlerin incelenmesi sûrenin vermiş olduğu mesajın doğru bir şekilde yansıtılması için önemlidir. Bu sebeple yapılan çalışmada Rûm sûresinde geçen ism-i mevsûllerin cümleye katmış olduğu anlamların tespit edilip, belâgî açıdan tahlil edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Konu sadece Rûm sûresindeki ism-i mevsûllerin tahlil edilmesi ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan doküman analizi yöntemiyle mevsûllerin cümlede kazanmış olduğu anlamlar tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde elde edilen veriler açıklama ve yordama yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Rûm suresindeki mevsûllerin tazîm, teşvîk, tevbîh, tahkir, te'kid, haberin muhatap tarafından bilinmesi ve habere dikkat çekme anlamlarında kullanıldığına ulaşılmıştır.

The Holy Qur’ān is a marvelous divine word that conveys the meaning and message it contains to its interlocutors in the most effective way by using the subtleties of language. It made its interlocutors feel this feature with every word and sentence and encouraged them to work in the field. On this occasion, works on I'jāzu'l-Qur'ān have emerged. The Qur’ān reveals its uniqueness with its grammatical richness, word choices, sentence organization and uniqueness in its eloquence. As a matter of fact, the opponents of the Holy Qur’ān have not been able to replicate even the shortest sūrah of the divine word, despite having an example at their disposal. When the scribes saw the eloquence and eloquence of the Qur’ān, they took down the muallakaqa hanging on the walls of Ka'ba. A better understanding of the meaning of such a sublime Qur’ān depends on a sound evaluation of its rhetorical aspects. For this reason, studies have been conducted to examine the literary aspect of the divine word in order to reveal elements such as the uniqueness of the divine word and its eloquence. In this study, the rhetorical aspect of the ism al-mawsūls in Surah al-Rūm is discussed, considering that it will contribute to the field. Mawsūls have different meanings in sentences. It is important to examine the effects that the mawsūls with different meanings add to the sentence in order to accurately reflect the message of the sūrah. For this reason, the aim of this study is to determine the meanings of the ism-i mawsūls in Surah al-Rūm and to analyze them from a rhetorical point of view. The subject is limited to the analysis of the ism-i mevsūl in Surat al-Rūm. By using document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, the meanings gained by the mawsūls in the sentence were determined. In the conclusion section, the data obtained were evaluated with the method of explanation and prediction. As a result of the research, it was found that the mawsūls in Surat al-Rūm are used in the meanings of condolence, encouragement, tawbīh, insult, ta'kid, making the news known to the addressee and drawing attention to the news.
