التملخص التعليم الإلكتروني هو الثورة الحديثة في أساليب وتقنيات التعليم والتي تسخر أحدث ما توصلت إليه تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من أجهزة وبرامج في عمليات التعليم، بدءا من استخدام وسائل العرض الإلكترونية لإلقاء الدروس في الأقسام التقليدية واستخدام الوسائط المتعددة في عمليات التعليم، وانتهاء ببناء المدارس الذكية والأقسام الافتراضية التي تتيح للطلبة الحضور والتفاعل مع محاضرات وندوات تقام في دول أخرى من خلال تقنيات الإنترنت والتلفزيون التفاعلي. وعلى ضوء هذه التقنية الحديثة، ومن أجل تعميم الاستفادة منها لكل شرائح المجتمع، وجب على الحكومات انتهاج برامج إستراتيجية من أجل محو الأمية المعلوماتية لدى الأفراد الذين لا يحسنون استعمال مختلف التقنيات الالكترونية التي تمكنهم من الاستفادة الفعالة من هذه التكنولوجية الحديثة.
Abstract E-learning is the modern revolution in teaching methods and techniques that harness the latest ICTs from devices and programs in the learning process, from the use of electronic presentation tools to lessons in traditional sections and the use of multimedia in education processes, to the construction of smart schools and virtual sections that Allowing students to attend and interact with lectures and seminars held in other countries through Internet and interactive television technologies. In light of this new technology, and in order to make use of it to all segments of society, governments must adopt strategic programs for the eradication of information illiteracy among individuals who do not use the various electronic technologies that enable them to benefit effectively from this modern technology.
