الجريمة هى العنف والتهديد بإستخدام القوة القاتلة ضد الأشخاص وممتلكاتهم،و ضد الدول وإستقرارها فى وقت السلم . لقد جاءت أهداف الدراسة لمعالجة أحد المشكلات التى تؤرق المجتمع الدولى للوصول للأسباب الحقيقية التى أدت لإنتشار ظاهرة االجريمة التى تناولها المشرع السودانى . جاءت مشكلة الدراسة فى كيفية مكافحة االجريمة ، والجريمة الساسية خاصة ، حتى لا تسئ العلاقات الدبالوماسية بين البلدان . تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة على الوقوف على الآليات القانونية . التى جاء بها القانون السودانى لمكافحة الجريمة والوقاية منها ، والجهود الوطنية والتعاون الدولى للتصدى للجربمة . التى لها علاقة مباشرة بالجريمة المنظمة . ذلك بالبحث فى المواجهة القانونية لجرائم الإرهاب فى القانون السودانى ، من خلال أحكام قانون مكافحة الإرهاب لسنة 2001 ، قانون تمويل الأرهاب لسنة 2014.
The Crime this violence and threat by using lethal force against people, their property against states and their stability in peaceful times, This study is intended to tackle a problem that disturb the international community in order to reach the real reasons which led to the spread of the Crime phenomenon that has been addressed by the Sudanese legislator. Therefore, the problem of study is how to combat , the Crime especially political terrorism, so as not to disturb the relations between countries. The Importance of this study is to identify the legal mechanisms provided by the Sudanese Law to combat and prevent This crimes, besides, the national and international efforts to fight terrorist crimes, Which have a direct relation to the organized crime. by searching in the legal confrontation of such crimes in Sudanese law, through the provisions of the Terrorism Act of 2001 and the Terrorism Financing Act of 2014.
