Abstract
The present study was conducted to comprehensively investigate the issue of internet theft in terms of sharia and penal code of Afghanistan, which is summarized in an introduction, text of topic and conclusion. Since internet theft is directly related to the survival of human property, there is a need to research related articles and fatwas, and internet theft is one of the new and important issues that has increased in recent years and is considered by jurists. The Afghan legislature, like the jurists, has highlighted the issue and devoted a chapter to cybercrime, which also includes internet theft; So I did some research on that and completed it using the following method:
Since my research in this scientific work is based on the library research method, I quote more from reliable sources with complete fidelity and impartiality, and on the other hand, the subject of my research is specifically related to (sharia and the penal code of Afghanistan).
