Fıkıh usulü sahasında telif edilen eserler, müelliflerinin takip ettikleri yola göre, esasen iki yöntem aracılığıyla kaleme alınmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yaklaşımı yöntemlerinden belge/doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Birincisi daha fazla kelamcıların takip ettiği mütekellimin yöntemi, ikincisi ise daha çok fakîhlerin takip ettiği fukaha yöntemi’dir. Bu makalenin amacı, fıkıh usulü kitaplarinin telifi konusunda fukaha yöntemi ile mütekellimin yöntemini mukayese ederek aralarındaki farkları ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır.
The works that were copyrighted in the field of fiqh method were written mainly by two methods, according to the path followed by their authors. In the study, the document/document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research approach methods, was used. The first is the method of mutakallim, which is followed more by theologians, and the second is the method of fuqaha, which is followed more by jurists. The aim of this article is to try to reveal the differences between the fuqaha method and the mutakallimin method on the copyright of fiqh books.
